Hi there! Namibia is very safe and stable. We didn't find it particularly expensive, but it depends on your travel style. We did a group tour and the majority of the time we camped and cooked our own meals, which cut down costs. February to April are low season, so accommodations are cheaper, but May to September (their winter) are the best months for wildlife viewing. I hope that helps!
Namibia has a wide variety of wildlife, but the big ones are giraffes, elephants, zebra, ostriches, wildebeest, impalas, lions, etc. The dry months mean less ground cover for them to hide in, and less water means they congregate at watering holes, so they're easier to spot!
